In one word, Mark was AWESOME to work with. He was very knowledgeable in the several properties we looked at. Very patient in answering my endless questions, especially about home building sites. After we viewed a few properties and he knew what I wanted, Mark recommended a particular property to consider. At the time, I had viewed the property online, but really wasn't interested.
