My wife and I recently bought a small tract of recreational land through Whitetail Properties. Our agent, Brandon Swartzlander, was terrific to work with during this purchase. Having never been through this kind of purchase we had no idea what we needed to do, except that we would have to make a trip to the bank.  Brandon explained what was going to happen and even facilitated the process. He communicated with the seller, our bank and the title company and keep us informed what was going to happen along the way. He made himself available anytime we wanted to walk the ground. He answered any questions we had promptly no matter if our questions were sent via text, email or old fashioned phone call. We had looked at other properties listed with different companies and dealt with other agents who seemed bothered by any questions that we might ask. Maybe because we were only looking for a small tract? We will be recommending Brandon to any of our friends who ask us about buying ground. In fact, I already gave his name to my loan officer and another friend who will soon be in the market. We are so looking forward to playing on our farm with our kids and instilling a love of the outdoors.

I have worked with Ben on the sale of a million dollars worth of property. He is honest and hard working and has always given me more than expected in his service to me. If you have unique property he gets personally involved and cares like it's his own. He is a man of truth and convictions. He comes from a great family and he is a wonderful father and community volunteer. If you want a realtor he is the go to guy in my book. I can't say enough great things about him.  He has never lied to me and he stands by his word and that means so much in this modern world. I owe him more than he has earned by standard commission. This guy is relentless and will sell your property. I sincerely recommend him as highly as anybody can recommend anybody in real estate.

We recently listed and sold our vacation property in Northern Wisconsin through Whitetail Properties. Our agent, Mike Cashman, was fairly new to the business so we were a little unsure he would be able to deliver. Well, we were wrong! Mike is an excellent real estate agent. In spite of the fact that he was located several hours away from our property, he made an effort to be at every showing. He walked the property with potential clients and followed up after each showing. He did his best to answer all potential buyer questions. In about a month, we had an offer on our property, with basically no contingencies other than financing, and less than a month later it was sold. We are very satisfied with the work Mike did on our behalf and recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in Northern Wisconsin. I wanted to let you know what fantastic service I have received from Tony Cerar, Dean Anderson and Whitetail Properties. From the purchase, through helping me develop my new property, Whitetail Properties has gone above and beyond far exceeding my expectations.
