After coming across the listing on an internet search I called Wade to set up a showing. Wade responded quickly and we set a time and date. My wife and I met Wade at the property and we spent a couple of hours viewing the property while utilizing Wade’s fit-for-purpose 4-wheeler. Wade was very knowledgeable about the property and we had good discussions on both the positives and negatives of the property, future potential, and the pricing rationale used to establish the asking price. Wade handled the buyer/seller negotiations in the same professional manner and soon we had a contract in place.
