This past summer we were in the process of helping my husband’s folks move to town and sell their country home and acreage. We felt that Whitetail Properties would have the advantage of having a wider range of potential buyers, so we decided to give them a call and see what they had to say. Colin Colley is the agent that represents our area so we contacted him. We didn’t know exactly how that would work out as Colin is about 3 hours from where our property was, but that was not a problem at all. He came up promptly to look the property over so he could give us an estimate of what he figured the value to be with no pressure of us having to list the property with them. Even though it was hotter than blue blazes, he took the time to trek down through the woods and check out the whole property so that he could get a true assessment of it’s worth. He was quick to get back to us the value of the property and reviewed with us how he did that. We made the decision to list the property with him, and are happy that we did.  Even though he was so far away, that was never a disadvantage. He did a wonderful job of listing our property to it’s best advantage with pictures from cameras that he set up to capture the wildlife. He drove the miles and was at the property whenever he was needed to show it, and he was always available to talk to. He was friendly, positive, and full of energy to do whatever he needed to do to get the property sold.
