I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the entire Whitetail Property experience. In my business, people are the key to any success. We simply do not exist without our great people! I can tell you for sure; Thomas Crutcher is a real asset for your company.

I contacted Thomas over two years ago to launch our search for hunting property in the middle Tennessee area. Due to the proximity to Nashville, prices were higher than I was willing to pay and I did not want to compromise on my wish list. During the search we expanded our range and Thomas was so thoughtful and understanding. We looked at multiple properties and he was always focused on finding exactly what I wanted. Never did he try to sell something just to get a deal done. We found the perfect spot in Stewart County and closed on 347 acres of prime deer and turkey land. The entire process was handled with flawless execution.

Thomas referred a land bank for financing. He made sure the deal stayed on track including checking on the appraisal process, survey, loan commitments, and closing. He also made an introduction to a Whitetail Agriculture specialist and we are meeting this week to develop a plan for land management, habitat development, and food sources. He has become a great resource for other needs like Banks Blinds, which we are in the process of ordering. Never is he trying to sell! It seems to me he provides solutions knowing that I have needs.

Thomas is not a real estate agent; he is now a friend. Even though the sale is over and he received his commission, he still contacts me to follow up and stay connected. I am inviting him to hunt with us this fall as long as he does not get a trophy before me!

I really enjoyed working with you and am grateful Cal introduced me to you.  It is nice to work with someone that really knows what they are doing and is as responsive and hard working as you are. I appreciated your voicemail yesterday. If I come across anyone else that would like to buy a property in Northern Missouri, I will definitely refer them to you.

It took time, a couple of contract renewals and several different showings but the buyer stepped up and signed the contract.
