Jeff was very friendly, motivated, knowledgeable, and available during the entire process. There were no difficult or uncomfortable moments. The experience was very smooth, fast, and easy. Also I feel I made a new friend. I am pleased and excited for my new property.

Greg is a pleasure to work with. He answered any questions we had about the property and even walked through all the brush and buckthorn with us to show us what we were buying. He was always on top of the legal aspects of making the purchase and made sure we did not miss anything we needed to have for paperwork. He went above and beyond what was expected. After trying a couple of other realty agents we stuck with Kyle because he returned calls, gave straight answers, and proactively looked for us.

Todd Edwards and his partner, Jeff Rodenberry, went above and beyond to help us view and close on the property. Todd has continued to amaze us in his efforts to help us get the property in better condition and get utilities set up. We are incredibly lucky to have found him. He has made everything very easy for us.

Other than some hang ups on my end it was a nice seamless transaction.
