That is encyclopedic knowledge of one's territory. I was very impressed with the depth of his contacts and the excellent relationship that he enjoys with them. His negotiating and problem solving skills are outstanding. Both parties to a transaction are treated honestly and with respect. He priced the land fairly and had it under contract with a few days. It successfully closed within a month of listing. Dan gets five stars.
