Kirk made the process seamless. I have had a bad experience in the past with a different agency so I understand what a "bad" agent looks like. Bruce Witte was well-mannered and professional in every aspect of the listing, negotiation of the sale and closing. Bruce was able to sell the property quickly, for a excellent price and did so without any issues. He even traveled 60 miles (each trip) to meet the buyer and again to have papers signed - most realtors whine about the travel - he did not. If we had more property to sell - we'd call Bruce again - no question.

Boyce was very knowledgeable and ALWAYS returned my calls. He kept me updated and went above what I have seen from other agents in the past while dealing with agents in Florida. Probably the best agent I have ever dealt with and I am even going to recommend him to my relatives in Kentucky if they look for land in the future and anyone else I know.

We have now purchased 2 adjacent hunting parcels outside of Burkesville, KY. Derek has been instrumental in both transactions. As we look for more, he is the only person we will do business with and through. Great Guy. honest, and all business hunting!

Larry was very professional. It was very obvious that he paid attention to everything we said and quickly understood what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable from the beginning that he was honest and trustworthy. We would readily recommend him to anyone looking for property.

Rich was a representative for both the seller and the buyer in this land transaction. I felt Rich played the part of middle man very well, hence the reason I did not want to cut his commission in half by bringing in my own representative. Had I felt he was not acting in my best interest this would not have been the case, but Rich did a great job, and was very instrumental in this land purchase. Derek, I want to thank you for the good work you did in handling the sale of this property. It went about as smooth as a closing can go. I have been through a lot of closings in the telephone acquisition game and they didn't always go so smooth. The old saying, "things like this don't just happen" is very true. My wife and I have been looking for hunting land for awhile now. We found land that we were interested in that was listed with Whitetail Properties. Our realtor was Todd Mensing. We contacted Todd for more information on the land and to see if we could look at it. Todd was very helpful from the start of our first phone call. He immediately set up a time for us to meet him at the hunting land. Todd spent an entire afternoon with us, walking all around and giving us information. He did all of this even though there was over two feet of snow that we had to walk through! We loved the land and knew it was what we had been looking for. Todd made the rest of the process easy and had answers to all of our questions. We are very happy with our purchase and looking forward to many years of hunting on our new land. I was in search of a piece of property I could hunt on and just get away to enjoy the outdoors in late November of 2012. After speaking to a few realtors on some properties, I spoke to Luke at Whitetail Properties, and I was very impressed with his knowledge. He’s the type of person who once you talk to him, you would think you’ve known him your whole life.

Luke showed me properties from Shawano County down to Adams County and everywhere in between. We walked through deep snow (he even let me use his snow shoes), rain, wind and cold. He rearranged his schedule when I was only able to search on certain days. My wife and I decided to put in an offer and we were able to reach a deal. We had many hurdles to overcome, and without Luke’s help there’s no way this deal would have ever been finished. He went above and beyond anything I ever expected of him. I can’t thank him enough for all the effort he put into making this deal happen.
