Matt has been great from start to finish. My wife and I had a lot of questions throughout the whole process. Matt was very informative and explained the process very thoroughly. He was able to give us suggestions and pros and cons during the negotiation process. Matt’s administrative assistant was great as well. She did not waste anytime getting us the information we asked for and answered all of our questions. The two of them made purchasing land a pleasant experience. We will be recommending them to our friends.

Shane was amazing! The first time we visited the property we cross country skied in with him. He is very knowledgeable and answered many of our questions with specific examples or anecdotes which I really appreciated. He was super communicative and I never felt like we couldn't get a hold of him. Overall wonderful experience for our first time buying property!
