Spenser was communicative and answered all of our questions and more, providing resources for developing our land beyond closing. Had just one in-person site visit together that was pretty thorough. Spenser worked out terms that were fair and comfortable even when complications came up like needing an updated survey and legal description. He has expressed being available should we need anything in the future.
