We first met Cody and Chuck Keefer at one of their listings in Michigan. We liked the property but not the location. My wife and I continued looking at property throughout MI without a realtor. We had such a good experience with Cody that I suggested to my wife that we ask him to represent us. We contacted Cody and asked for his assistance in finding suitable properties. Once properties were located Cody was all over it. We never had to wait very long to get listing and property information. He did all the leg work we asked him to do He walked many of the properties with us. We were very pleased with his efforts. Once my wife and I found the ONE, Cody really went to work. The buying process was not very smooth and the seller was difficult to work with. Cody was amazing and kept us appraised of all developments. We made the deal and Cody even showed up to the closing.

Jake is great to work with and extremely knowledgeable about presenting the property in the ad and he really knows is stuff. And he is also a great commentator in every aspect of the entire experience.
