I wanted to thank Rod Nelson for his recent help in finding our acreage. My husband and I reached out to Rod a few times throughout 2020, and he was always very responsive and knowledgeable about land opportunities. Dave was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Dave was very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We also had some unique minerals rights issues to tackle, and without Dave’s experience, knowledge, and connections the deal may not have happened. Furthermore, one of the parcels was in the Managed Forest Law program so having Dave there to help me through the process was invaluable. I would highly recommend Dave, and hopefully plan to buy some more hunting land with his help.

It was amazing. He went out of his way to help. You could call him anytime with questions and he would have the answers. There's so many great things I could say about him. You have a great person working for you.

Jeff was great I had some very specific and unusual requests that he got answers to promptly. Seller did not have email so Jeff went the extra mile to get papers signed in person in a timely matter. All around good experience that went very smoothly.

I do want to thank you and Stephen for making the sale as stress free as possible, as selling the land that I grew up on was not easy for me. I would recommend your services to anyone that would ask me.  Keep up the good work.

Jason was incredibly helpful all along the way. He asked great questions and when we didn't know the answer he did a great job finding answers. We feel like he worked hard to get the property in front of as many eyes as possible from the outset and it sold very quickly as a result!
