John was great, extremely professional.

Jordan Couch was AWESOME!! He communicated with us before we came to Tennessee, arranged a time to meet that fit our schedule. He was so friendly and professional. He really listened to what we were looking for and suggested additional properties to view beyond what we had found on the internet. He took us on a tour of the 3 properties in his side by side - which really helped us see as much as possible. He had a program on his cell phone that used GPS and other info to show the property, show our track, and make measurements. That was most helpful (found out how big the meadow was and how big the top plateaus (for building sites) were).
After we made our decision to buy the one property on Huse Watson road, Jordan was there with us at every step of the finance and closing process - - connecting us with the right people and telling us what to expect and when. When the Title company went astray in their process (making mistakes on the contract - listing the WRONG size and an additional tract that was NOT part of the deal!) Jordan helped get it straightened out. He really went above and beyond there as it was the Title company screw up, but Jordan stayed by our sides (digitally) until it was all straightened out. If/when we ever need to sell / buy any properties, we will come to Jordan Couch at Whitetail first :-) Thank you Jordan!
 

Clint was very accessible at all hours and very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Had a good interview with Clint and his partner and thought they would work hard to market and sell the property -- and at a competitive commission rate. Also liked the national presence of Whitetail as opposed to smaller locally based land brokers.
 

Absolutely fantastic experience working with both Steve and Bryce. Easy & efficient.

Nick was not only capable and helpful but someone who understands the land market and proactively goes the extra mile for both the seller and us as the buyer. We have dealt with many agents over the past 2 years looking for land and Nick is in a class by himself, a real pleasure to deal with someone who is actually willing to work and not just sit around and hope the property sells by itself. I cannot think of a time Nick did not get back to us promptly to a question or need of any sort. Nick was great to work with.

He was creative and persistent and when the buyer was hesitant he was a good salesman.

I am a grumpy old codger at 82 (bragging). Thomas handled me well, answering my objections without possibly losing a listing. He is a good salesman. I am a retired sales manager for 23 years having hired and fired a number of salesmen. He is a level young man with a very likeable personality.

Knowledgeable, very accommodating, responded to communications very quickly, very hospitable, and great to work with.
