"Jeff got us started on our path to finding a homesteading property to retire to. We had never purchased farm land, grew up in the city, and are not hunters, so we were in unfamiliar territory. We were interested in seeing property across the state of Missouri and had developed a list of requirements to work from. We requested to see several properties across Southern Missouri over the course of a week in January.
