Dustin went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected of a real estate agent in selling our home. He helped repair things in the house and worked several hours on landscaping that needed fixing. Neighboring realtors had no idea how the extra efforts by Dustin made them look bad. The property was widely advertised, and its special features were highlighted. The fact that it contained a conservation easement made the transaction more difficult than it should have been.
