Transaction was ahead of schedule. Adam was very facilitating as far as being proactive and there for all inspections, getting contractor/inspectors information, acted very professionally as a dual agent. He was extremely helpful to me as I'm currently residing in Washington D.C. and my scheduled only allowed me to visit the property on a limited basis but I had trust in Adam and he always I felt acted in my best interest.

Tom James is one really nice guy. He was there through out the process especially when dealing with difficult buyers and agent. Tom became someone I would call a friend from this encounter. He is surely an asset to your company.

Agent Scott Hicks went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction on both the buyer and seller of the property. Agent Hicks followed up with me after the closing to ensure everything was ok. My wife and I have bought and sold more than a dozen properties in the last 35 years. Although this is our first "wilderness" property like all fairly large parcels it is not easy to find a buyer.
