Tyler Sellens was great to work with. Our transaction was complicated by a mineral rights reservation issue and Tyler went above and beyond to help the process and track down many requests for additional information. Tyler was very knowledgeable regarding the land, market, and issues we as first time recreational property owners needed to know about. 

Brandon & Joe were both very hard workers, cutting access trails and placing cameras to really show the potential of the property. I was very impressed with them. We had this property listed with someone else for a year and the difference in effort and professionalism when Brandon and Joe took over was like night and day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having bought several houses before and worked with multiple different agents, I was extremely impressed with how hard Bob worked for us. We ran into several obstacles during this process, but Bob stayed on top of the issues and worked them to resolution. Even after the deal is now complete I know I can count on Bob for anything I may not know about owning land.
