This was one of the most drawn out processes I have been apart of and Will done an amazing job for my family. There where several times we thought about backing out and Will keep us hooked and it took 2 years to get these deal closed. The sellers were very difficult to work with and very frustrating and Will keep pushing and pushing until we finally got it closed. Now my family can build a house that we have been wanting and waiting to build. I am very pleased with Will and the job he done for us, because there were several times that his hands were even tied and one door closed he opened another until finally we got closed.

Luke did a phenomenal job for us.

Tom was a wonderful caring person. This was the first time I had sold or bought any real estate. Tom was very thorough in explaining things to me and was always glad to answer my questions. I believe Tom went above and beyond his duties as a realtor to help me get my property sold, especially near the end when I found a house to buy and became more urgent to sell my property!

Tyler and Andrew are energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They have effective communication skills and their responses to our questions were rapid and on target. They were always patient, courteous and helpful. We are thankful for their skills!

Chuck answered every question I asked. Always promptly returned calls, (texts). He was always willing to share his ideas and thoughts. For example he drew me a map showing his advise for food plots and stand placement. He also recommended a gentleman who will inspect your property and offer ideas on food plot location and what to plant. He even called the guy and told him to expect a call.

Clyde provided great partnership, support, and timely communications from client's first inquiry through closing about a month later. Process hit the bulls-eye with efficiency, interactions, and the way Clyde worked with client.
Before signing on with Clyde, I evaluated other realty companies and interviewed other realtors. Whitetail Properties website seemed easier to navigate and let me quickly find information I wanted. Kudos

We are very pleased with the work Jason and Luke did on our property sale in Cass County Nebraska. We have never sold "recreational property" before and contacted other firms in the area. These firms responded poorly to our needs. Jason and Luke were just the opposite. Once they had a site tour they arranged to photograph the site and place it on the web site. I think Jason said it had some of the highest hits on record for this area. Jason was also instrumental in suggesting a split of the property to make it more affordable. This split proved to be successful and the properties sold within a very short time frame. I also want to commend Jason for NOT spinning answers to my questions. He provided straight to the point answers which I very much appreciated. Bottom line - we are very pleased with their work and will use your firm again - if we have more land to sell.

Closing was fast and smooth. Cade Taylor is a great human being and is the perfect fit for that kind of career. He is someone that I trust and could be friends with for life.

Adam wasn't a "I know all the answers type of guy" and I liked that, if he didn't know the answer, he didn't hesitate one minute, he just said "let me check that out and I will get back to you".
