Chip was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had looked at literally thousands of properties across a dozen states, and when Chip told us he had the "perfect" property for us we were skeptical, but as as soon as we walked it, we knew it was the one for us. He did a great job helping us orchestrate everything from half way across the country.

       I would like to take a moment to let anyone know how my brother and I were treated and what our experience was like while dealing with Gary Carty and Whitetail Properties. Whether this is being read in house at Whitetail Properties or if a potential customer is reading this, we just want to say thank you to Gary and Whitetail Properties for a job well done. We were told up front that on our size farm the sale could take up to two years and that's what we mentally prepared ourselves to give to Whitetail Properties. Gary told us in the beginning that it wouldn't be a lot of offers or a lot of people showing serious interest in this size farm, but that we were looking for one buyer looking for this particular farm. I believe there were two or three showings on this farm before the people that actually bought it looked at it. It was love at first sight for them as it was for my brother and I over 20 years ago.       All of the work that went into Whitetail Properties listing our farm was very professionally done and put together. The photos, quality of video, editing, listing in their magazine, their outdoor television show and even the way it was managed on social media such as Facebook and Instagram was put together in an amazing way that made us proud to own it and sometimes made us wonder why in the world are we selling such a beautiful place, but it was just time, time to turn the page and go to another chapter in life.

     All of our dealings with Gary Carty were very positive and professional and not one time did we ever have any cross words with each other. We always got along great and Gary is a super nice guy who knows his business. He communicates well, he does what he says he'll do which we are very demanding when it comes to those two traits.
