From the beginning my experience with Matt was fulfilling. Within 24 hours of our first contact, he had started to locate properties for sale in the price range and acreage specified. He, without hesitation, drove us around several counties over 2-3 weekends viewing several properties. We ultimately realized that we would have to come up in price to obtain what we were looking for. When we did find the piece of land that we were looking for he helped and guided us through the purchasing phase. Even though we had bought 2 homes in the past, we found this to be a different process. A week after we made our decision to buy, Matt walked the property with me. He spent as much time with me as needed and answered additional questions. On the day that we made our decision to buy the property, the neighbor's daughter presented herself, and somewhat strongly made her concerns known regarding the exact position of the property boundary lines. Even though we explained to her that we were going to have the property surveyed, she still persisted with her complaints.  Matt took it upon himself to visit this neighbor's home and again listened to their concerns. Matt explained to them that we were in the process of having the land surveyed and that we were having the property lines marked, and explained at great length how current technology makes the process nearly fool-proof.  This appeased the neighbors, and they have had no concerns since. In addition, Matt was prompt with sharing new information, and returning phone calls and emails. Even when he had a family emergency, he did his best to keep communications open. I would and already have started to recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Dale and I would like to thank you for all the hard work you did to help us purchase the land in Price co. If it wasn’t for all of the hard work and going above and beyond your job responsibilities, this experience wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did. Being first time property buyers you made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. If we purchase more property in the future we definitely know who to get a hold of Whitetail properties. We appreciate all that you have done more then you know and if any of our friends or family are looking to purchase property; we will give out your name as a resource.

I am retired and we have been looking for property on the internet for a couple of years but have never went and viewed any of the properties. When we were ready, I called Tim Propst because of your reputation as a company. I went to OU and wanted to be in Oklahoma because you get a much better value than in Texas! I gave him our criteria and he went to work. His communication from first call to finding properties was excellent. Shortly he found the perfect fit for us. We shortly drew a contract, with the terms and conditions that we needed to purchase. As usual, we negotiated back and forth, and was able to get the seller to agree. Tim stayed on top of it all of the way to the title company and until closing. He is a class act and a real pro, he knows his business and the market. He was a dream to work with in every sense of the word. I would never use anyone else and I am starting to recommend potential buyers to him. He is a man of his word and has great character. You are a blessed company to have Tim. We have become good friends that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
