"Matt was great, very knowledgeable. Only suggestion would be to get him some admin support. Several times as we were going back and forth on offers and counters I would talk to him during the day and he would be out showing property and tell me he’d have to prepare offer/counter when he got home at night. Seems like it may have cost us a day or so here and there. Would have been better if the process could have kept going rather than have to wait for his day to end."
