I have only known Todd Mensing a short time as he recently handled the sale of some hunting land for me. He is very professional and also a very personable individual. 

I was pleased in every way with his handling of the property. He responded promptly when I contacted him, setting up an appointment to view the property a few days later on a Satruday morning, as this was convenient for me.  He walked the property and took a number of photos.  When the property was listed online, I thought he wrote a consise and accurate description of the property that preseented the best features to go along with the photos.

We just finally closed on our recreational property, in eastern Iowa. We had the pleasure of working with Grant Olson. My name is Terry Bowker and my wife, LaVeta and I would like to share our experience with one of your agents, Austin Gann of Oklahoma. There was also some hard times that were really out of Austin's control in regards to the previous owners and the process of transferring possession of the property.   Austin treated the seller with kindness, recognizing that she was in a really difficult place in life. For a young man, Austin showed a high level of honesty and professionalism. l look forward to the day when I am able to make the transition back to Oklahoma and work with Austin to develop my property.
