My family and I would suggest Brandon to anyone! We were able to secure a beautiful piece of land recently thanks to Brandon. He was truly a pleasure to work with. His one-on-one approach made us feel as if we were his only clients throughout the entire process. Not only was he professional, but also a great person all-around. I'm not one to readily give out complements but Dean deserves it. I've pursued multiple land opportunities in the area and Dean is by far the most diligent, knowledgeable and honest. I asked a lot of questions and Dean gave me the right answers, good or bad. He also went above and beyond to show the property and to make sure the deal closed, working closely (and leading) the title company. I recognize that my deal was a small transaction but Dean treated me like I was buying the King Ranch. I will not only recommend him to anyone else but I will explain that if they don't use him, they will likely be disappointed.

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a great experience and update you on our progress. We are thoroughly enjoying our property that we bought in Rock Castle, Kentucky. We strive to spend every second we can there. Brian has begun construction of a small cabin on the property and we can't wait till it is complete. We are hoping to spend Christmas 2015 in the woods! We think of you often and our buying experience, it was such a smooth transaction. We also wanted to thank Whitetail Properties for the wonderful Can Cooker we received in the mail.  It was a total surprise and we have enjoyed it immensely.  

I wanted to let you know how much my wife and I appreciated working with Clint Stout to sell our property in Belmont County, OH. We hired Clint because we knew he would be able to properly feature a hunting property like ours. There were many obstacles presented along the way and Clint's true colors came through as concessions had to be made in order to close the sale. Clint is an honest and trustworthy person who has become a friend for life and we wish him nothing but success at Whitetail Properties and other future endeavors.

In starting the process of buying land hours away from my home, I was apprehensive. I was unfamiliar with the process as well as the area, and my first barrage of questions was all directed at Mike. He was swift and helpful with his replies, and he was able to lift many of my concerns with the venture by providing thoughtful and straightforward responses. Then when it came time to scout the properties, Mike was willing to hike through snow, mud, and brush in order to show me as many views as possible. Even though the parcel I purchased wasn't the largest, or the most expensive, Mike treated me with a care and consideration fitting a man of great character. He is a terrific realtor, which, given the scale of the transactions he facilitates, is an invaluable resource.
