Billy was great to work with and I couldn't be more satisfied! I had a few trees that were covering my road at the end of the summer, he said he was going to clean it up a little to help with the access to the west end of the property. Billy must have spent 6 hours cutting and clearing the road in 95 degree heat and didn't ask for anything in return. Best experience as a buyer or seller you could have.

I have been hunting for quite some time and have had some decent success while doing it. Through the graciousness of a handful of landowner’s, I have been fortunate enough to have access to some pretty good hunting properties throughout South Central and Eastern Illinois. As good of a situation as it was to be able to enjoy the great outdoors on these parcels of ground, there was one thing that was missing. For as long as I can remember, I have always dreamt of hunting land of my own. Something that I could call mine, where I wouldn’t have to seek permission from the landowner to alter the ground to enhance my hunting opportunities. I had been actively and seriously searching for this piece to call my own when I came across a post on Brandon Swartzlander’s Facebook page. Ground that had not been listed on the Whitetail Properties website as of yet and one that I thought was a perfect starter piece. I reached out to Brandon and the rest is now history. The ease in which this buying process went was due in large, to Brandon’s willingness to help out in any way.
